Families at champs: there will be a coaches relay after event 27, we are heat 2 lane 4. Stick around and watch!!

If your child is on a champs relay TODAY, please arrive at Swimrva no later than 11am.

​This morning practice we will run normal 8 & unders. 9-10 and 11&up will be combined 9-10am.

EVERYONE STAY!! We will keep y’all updated but meet is still happening once thunder clears!!!!
